Roll master advanced roll clinic

Are you struggling hitting your roll more frequently than you would like?

This advanced roll clinic is designed to develop a bomb proof roll in class I-II moving water. We will take what you have and develop your technique to develop a river roll. If you have a flat water roll and wish for some instruction when in moving water this course is for you!

This concentrated course will give you the confidence and skills required for a bomber combat roll needed on the river. A low student to instructor ratio ensures that whatever your skill level, you will get personalized attention in this clinic. You will also benefit from receiving different instructional styles that may clear up a confusing aspect of the rolling process.

DETAILS:

Duration: 3 hours of pool or flat water time and 16 hours of river time (1 evening of pool or flat water time and a weekend on class I-II moving water). If in a pool 9pm - 11pm. The late time is due to the high demand for pool time across the lower mainland
Location: Britannia Pool or Buntzen Lake, Belcarra
