Well that was an amazing Summer. WaterFlow Paddlers have been all over British Columbia from Vancouver to Smithers, Alberta from Lethbridge to Fort Smith and even ventured to the States.
Paddling across different provinces and states brings our huge community together and bridges gaps in peer groups. We get the opportunity to pass on trade secrets and develop knowledge about paddling, and obviously paddle like crazy.
Here at WaterFlow Paddling we are always inspired by how the community becomes one when issues arise and how close people become who paddle together. After all, we do rely on the people we paddle with to throw a bag or offer a little advice when we run different rapids and rivers.
We don't want to say it but summer is starting to turn into fall. Don't worry paddlers of the world, fall brings some immense rivers as the rain comes in and the spring rivers come back into play.
Now is the time after a summer of fun to look to the future and think about what is next for you? That could be a beginner who has been debating to change from a wet suit to a new shiny drysuit (trust us it's the best investment you will make). Maybe you are looking to try some new rivers and increase your skill set? There are many ways to progress into the new paddler you are aspiring to be.
Book on a course, meet new people, research your next step . . . The most important advice we can offer you is be prepared, progress safety and have fun on the water. If you want to chat about your progress you know who to ask!
